Troop 238 will be at Summer Camp at the end of July. We are going to spend a week at Mataguay Scout Reservation learning and earning. We'll have lots of Pictures when we get back! Troop 238 High Adventure Patrol are going to Del Webb in August. The Parents of some of the scouts have been out at the NHRA Races at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway selling beverages to earn money for summer camp! We have a family Camp out at Eagle Valley fishing and camping over the April 23rd - 25th. We have 12 new scouts that joined us in February. They have been treated to two great camp outs One in February at the Valley of Fire, which included a 6 plus mile hike and a awesome flag retirement. And one in March at Potosis Boy Scout Camp. This camp out was wilderness survival it also included a nearly 7 mile hike. We also had a super campfire and program on Saturday evening. In May we have a canoe trip planned. This is many of the boys first time in a canoe, in April we'll have a swim test and may work on the swimming merit badge. Our March Camp Out 2003 and 7 plus mile hike!
